The Community of Pacific Hills

Pacific Hills can be found at the northern edge of the Santa Clarita Valley.  It is reached by San Francisquito Canyon Road on the west and Seco Canyon Road on the east.  Pacific Hills resides just outside of the City of Santa Clarita in unincorporated Los Angeles County.

As one of the highest elevated communities in the Santa Clarita Valley, Pacific Hills offers abundant views of the city and its mountains and canyons.  Accessing the community from San Francisquito Canyon finds horse stables and ranches.  Coming into the community from Seco Canyon Road finds suburban neighborhoods and parks.

Pacific Hills is a quiet family community.  During the afternoons and weekends, children are found playing in the cul-de-sacs, streets, and Imagination Park.  Despite not offering a community pool, Imagination Park is the “crown jewel” of the Pacific Hills community.  Approximately 5 acres in size, Imagination Park offers tremendous open space to play including a half-court basketball and tot lot.  The park borders the community from the Angeles National Forest to the north, and visiting Imagination Park gives the feeling of playing and relaxing along the edge of civilization.  Its natural scenery is simply amazing.

Residential property choices

Pacific Hills consists of 300 single family detached homes ranging from 10-5 years in age.  Most homes are two-story, but a rare handful of single story homes exist in this community.  The Pacific Hills homes offer 4-6 bedrooms and range in size from 2,500 sq. ft. up to 3,892 sq. ft.

Currently, homes listed for sale in Pacific Hills range from $550,000 to $775,000.

Pacific Hills is not a walking neighborhood in terms of walking to services, but most of the residents enjoy walking throughout the community.  The typical suburban conveniences, services, and restaurants are just a couple of miles away.  Close enough to nature and still close enough to the city.  A nice mix.
