The Community of Woodlands, Valencia

The Woodlands is one of the most exclusive communities in Santa Clarita.  This is a guard-gated neighborhood that is mostly surrounded by the Valencia Country Club.  Part of what makes the Woodlands unique is that the community encompasses 182 acres and half of that is natural open space.  Over 200 Valley Oak trees are preserved in their woodland habitats among the 400 Woodlands homes.

All of the Woodlands homes were built by Taylor Woodrow and are gorgeous, inside and out.  Walking around the community provides nice views of Santa Clarita, the mountains, and the Valencia Golf Course.  Since the Woodlands is also within the community of Valencia, miles of the famous walking paseos connect to this community.

The home values are outstanding in the Woodlands right now.  And it’s obviously a buyer’s market.  I won’t even try to prove the home values by stating that “2 years ago these homes were worth $…” because that’s irrelevant.  These home prices are now the market.

It is almost impossible to get all of these amenities (tennis, basketball, and Olympic-size swimming pool), the gated community, the exclusive address, the excellent public schools, and the size of the homes with all of their luxurious appointments…anywhere in Southern California.

Especially at these prices!

Currently, there are 10 homes for sale in the Woodlands.  These range from the most expensive listing at $1,625,000 with 4 beds, 6 baths, and 5,800 sq. ft. to the least expensive listing at $525,000 with 4 beds, 2 baths, and 2,074 sq. ft.

Again…incredible value!
