Below are the current homes for sale in Bridgeport.

For most of this year, Bridgeport, Valencia has had an extremely low housing inventory.  However, summer has arrived, and the real estate activity has finally heated up in Bridgeport.  Despite the current low level of housing values, people still need to move for work, school, or other reasons, and summer is the best time to sell in Valencia.

More homes and condos have found their way on the market, but there still are a high proportion of Short Sales.  There are always eager buyers for this sought-out community that features wonderful homes, a central Valencia location, and great schools nearby like Bridgeport Elementary.

There are currently 12 active homes and condos available for sale ranging from $346,000-$775,000 in which 5 of these are Short Sales, 5 of these are standard sales, 1 of these is REO bank owned, and 1 is a bankruptcy.

There are also 4 additional condos listed as a Short Sale, but each one is in backup offers ranging from $245,000-$355,000.  In the case of the backup offer, this usually means that offers have been submitted on the property, and the lien holder(s) is pending approval.

Side note: Bridgeport is a community centered on nature, and many happy families, both young and not so young, live in this thriving setting.  Although there are many small parks and open spaces throughout Bridgeport, its largest recreational open space is Bridgeport Community Park.  Walking paseos are a huge success with Valencia’s residents, and Bridgeport boasts several miles of paseos including biking, walking, and jogging along the Santa Clara River.  All residents to this community have full access to the Clubhouse and Recreation Hall, community pool and spa, and paddle boats on the lake.  Parents enjoy walking their children to school at Bridgeport Elementary which is centrally located to the community.
