Below is the current home activity for sale in Woodlands, Valencia in the past six weeks.

There are currently 10 active homes available for sale in a wide price range from $445,000-$1,299,000 in which 2 of these are Short Sales.

There is also 1 home in backup offer status that is a regular, standard sale.

In the past six weeks, there were 4 homes that sold. The first home was a standard sale that sold for $520,000 which was 99% of list price at $221 per sq.ft.  The next home was also a standard sale that sold for $925,000 which was 93% of list price at $210 per sq.ft.  Another standard sale sold for $1,150,000 which was 100% of list price at $255 per sq.ft.  The last home was also a standard sale and sold for $1,455,000 which was 97% of list price at $265 per sq.ft.
